I have never had a problem with this shop and service has been perfect , one guy has been there year's and is a professional and polite man , I was happy each time I left until I walked in a few days ago with my 11yr old daughter and was served by a person named Jody. She's new there and there is no way I would enter that shop again while she is at the counter , I'd prefer to change to another pH carrier . 8.1.21

I went in to Bundaberg Telephone Company today to get a SIM card activated. I handed the sales attendant my phone and he played around on it for a while, I wasn't able to see what he was doing. He spent a long time rapidly swiping across the phone, I thought that was very strange for a SIM activation as if anything he should be looking in settings, however I trusted what he was doing so didn't question it. Once I got my phone home I realised this man had gone through my internet browser and had personally closed and therefore read every tab I had open in both my public and private settings. This is a violation of my privacy. Firstly I see no reason for him to be going through my entire internet browser and viewing every tab I have open to activate a SIM, secondly I had a lot of important tabs open (in private mode, so thanks to him I can never get them back) and this man went through and closed them all without telling or asking me. If this was truly necessary protocol for SIM activation (which I doubt it is), he should have asked me to close them myself instead of him snooping through my private internet tabs. I would never recommend anybody to go to this store.
