Cheapest gym.if you just want to go random ..only 5.50....friendly..latest equipment..and you can do as long as you can take..

Great gym with friendly and helpful people working there... No lock in contract, fully equipped gym with a functional fitness area and even Muay Thai classes (when I went there) and cheap too. I searched all the gyms in the area and YMCA had the best prices, there was this one young fellow that gave me a little attitude one evening but he later apologised. Good place to go for ALL ages,

Amazing gym with two locations. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment is always clean and accessible. Plus ymca has other facilities such as a basketball court etc. Cheap rates to join also.
