Had a 2 hour session learning how to fillet fish properly and then 2 ways of cooking it. Brilliant. Helpful and worth every cent. Was even shown what fish knife to use and where to get it. Used a birthday voucher - best present in a long time. Ten out of ten - Well done.

Excellent meal excellent tuition, very affordable recipes using "normal" foods which are also very healthy. Recommend this experience to any one who asks. Thanks Wayne.
