Beware of this business I booked in advance for them to come today being the 24/03/2021 & they canceled at the last minute the excuse was emergency happened & wet weather i understand emergency’s can happen but I was actually shocked when I got the call because I wasn’t expecting what I heard & put me on the spot. You really wouldn’t be calling a customer on the day of coming telling them you can’t make it. booking in advance surely would be enough time. I own commercial businesses & this is appalling behaviour from a business point of view. I then had to ring the office & spoke with the man who was giving me this quote he told me he will send me a text message the message read I was booked in 4 weeks later on 30/4/2021. That’s far too long to wait for a quote. Especially if they have canceled this time. & told me they can’t come if I accept the quote until the end of May by the time I get the quote we will be in June July..... I had to engage another business who come out to my premises this afternoon... avoid & go elsewhere

Just got Solar installed and so happy with their service. They were on time, finished in less than a day, and had it working straight away. Pricing was red Hot , and as they're Local and highly reputable I know I can get them back if i need them.
Big T Electrical, what one of the most organized, professional, courteous, and keen providers of electrical, lighting, air-con cooling and solar everyone in the industry should aspire to emulate. They say timing is everything and it is true, "We'll be there at 7:30am and they are. Can't get better than that. From personal experience over a few years they have and will be my go to. These guys are the best in the busines, they send a text the day before they arrive, another the same morning and another to say they're on the way. As a builder of 12 years from Brisbane. All i can say i wish i had them in Brisbane. They are on time, honest, and i paid less than quoted because it was less extensive than they thought it would be. I could not be more satisfied and would have chosen for all my works back in Brisbane if they were there. Fantastic service from office to onsite personnel. I referred them to my client in Bundy.
