Service was excellent. Can’t thank the team enough. Driving from Perth to Dunsborough my engine light came on. I called up the service centre, went straight there and they did the repair on the spot!
As Mitsubishi recently closed in Bunbury, I took my ASX to Mazda for the log book service. Can say I am extremely impressed with the level of service from Jennifer (I hope I’ve gotten that correct) and of course the mechanics that did the service! When I picked up the car it had been washed and inside quickly vacuumed with all the mirrors and glass cleaned! The price was reasonable (Mitsubishi pricing) as well! Thank you Mazda, see you in another 10,000Kms!

Enquired about a car. Put an offer informing that we were arranging finance. Wife kept constant touch with very helpful sales rep up until finance was deposited in our account. Phoned to arrange pickup but the boss had sold the car to someone else leaving us servicing a loan for a car they no longer had. Accepted 70% of blame (his words) but said we didn't put our offer in correctly despite his staff controlling the offer. We located another vehicle at another yard and had them hold it while we went in. Staff at the other car yard Fantastic. Boss there tells me Spencer Motors phoned him and tried to purchase the second car from them in an attempt to mark it up and sell it to me at an inflated price, 2000 more than our original budget. This would have been the 2nd vehicle he snatched from under us. Our new dealer refused as this really didn't sit right with him. Perth dealer sold me the car direct. Beautiful car. Great service. Dealt with about 4 or 5 people there and just about felt like family by the time I left! Spencer motors left me feeling like I was the annoying part that they had to deal with in order to get their money. Not good.
