Great beach to take little kids. Protected from large waves mostly. Clubhouse is new and has great facilities.

Got nothing against the club but that building is an absolutely horrendous blight on Sandon Point. It looks like a factory or a warehouse. And I now know its been few years but why did they (WCC I assume) remove the boat sheds? The aesthetics of Sandon Point have bee completely ruined. WAS a good place for photography but not any more.

Photographed a wedding here for a local couple. Awesome little venue with a sensational view of the beach. Perfect for weddings and parties in summer - full kitchen for catering too! Heres the view from the balcony!
