The stadium is nice with good car park. The only problem is that the two courts are so close to each other that of one court ref. whistle, the other team court stop playing. One way to stop this is that each court should have different whistle sound so the players don't get confused.

09/2020: lockdown in Melbourne, Covid Pandemic. Bulleen Templestowe Basketball Club is located on Sheehan's Reserve. The stadium is the home of the Bulleen Boomers Basketball Club. Its locked up when I visited, due to the virus with no events being held. Parking available onsite but limited when busy. Disabled parking and access ramps lead up to the entry and exit points of the stadium.

Could Sheehans Rd Basketball centre please introduce a living legends "Hall of Fame" My nomination is Anthony "Rowan" O'Toole who not only dominated on court but also in the kiosk where he didn't pay for a coca cola or mars bar in the 7 years he attended

We got the first premium in the WHITE court. It was an amazing season for me and my son.

Great stadium. Parking is difficult on a Saturday as the netballers share the same car park

Although a recent upgrade improved this stadium, there are still many flaws. One main problem is the bottom court has no ventilation, this makes watching and playing basketball very uncomfortable. I can only talk from my experience but some referees are very rude. I am not an expert at basketball and understand the job of a referee is very hard, but this does not allow then to be rude. This has only happened a couple times and I have had many great experiences at this place, but what keeps happening is putting me off.

If you are serious about basketball then do not come to bulleen. terrible environment, such a political club most of the 1s players don't work hard for there spots because they know it's already locked up for them.
