I rang the clinic to book a phone consult as directed by 4cytepath to get the results of my son’s and my Covid test. I was told the available time was 4:10pm and the admin clerk repeated the time for me twice confirming 4:10pm. At first I though it was an odd time. Then at 4:40pm and still waiting for my phone call I thought to check the open hrs of the clinic and to my surprise they close at 4pm! Now thanks to this rookie oversight we are forced to wait not 48hrs but 96hrs to get clearance to return to work! And they wouldn’t let me bring my 2 year old son into the clinic! Disgusting.
