Dr Kavina is fantastic and very professional. However I do recommend that the Practice improves it's wait times. Waiting 40 mins is acceptable at bulk billing GPs but not at Private clinics. Have had to wait \u003e10 minutes on the phone for a response on multiple occasions.

Booking online was simple and hassle free! I was able to book the consult I needed then and there - no issues or having to call into the practice to rebook. Reception was friendly and helpful, there were regular updates of how the doctor was running for time as there was a short wait. Extremely happy with the level of service received from the doctor and staff. I would highly recommend this practice.

Three times I've come here with my wife over the past 12 months and twice we waited 45-60 min for our booked appointment. The third time we arrived we were told we should have had a text about needing to reschedule. It was sent 20 min beforehand which is while we were in the car. Frustrating and maybe three bad instances but worth noting.

Was able to get an appointment same day as a new patient when my newborn was unwell. Was seen within 5minutes of the appointment start time where other medical centres have been very behind schedule almost every time. Doesn't bulk bill but I was advised of that when I made the appointment. Dr Bryan knew what he was talking about and was really good with my baby.

I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. The doctors and staff are wonderful and Nurse Kate is a godsend, particularly when it comes to dealing with under 5s. The staff always go above and beyond for my young family, for which I'm very grateful. I've always found this practice to be highly professional and very caring.

I was referred to the Oxford St Medical Centre for an iron infusion yesterday. I was very impressed with the service from everyone. The office staff were very helpful and the professionalism of Dr Wendy Wong and Nurse Kate was to be commended. Kate stayed with me through the whole procedure and made sure everything went well, taking my observations frequently. Anyone needing an iron infusion would have no fears attending this clinic.
