Very impressed with Drainiac Plumbing. Ben attended my home at short notice and repaired my drainage problem. I found him to be Prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. Ben is the only plumber I now use. He is 100% customer focused, is prompt, courteous, efficient and reliable. Have used him several times for snaking blocked pipes, has done camera investigations and advised on future issues we will need to address having purchased a home with some dodgy piping. And all at a reasonable price. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
What a refreshingly wonderful experience to have a plumber attend to an urgent blocked drain on the central coast quickly and arrive on time and not overcharge. Ben was very efficient as he jetted the blockage and then using his pipe camera showed me where the issue was that was causing the blockage. Thanks so much for the great service I would not hesitate to recommend Ben to others and his prices are very fair.
