I cannot recommend this course and Stacey enough if you are expecting. Stacey was full of knowledge, stories, facts and stats and she delivered the course in an engaging, caring and relatable way. She made us all feel like our journeys were so important, and you could tell she genuinely cared for each of our births. This course is not AT ALL 'fluffy or woo woo' it was full of evidence based statistics, and teaches you the facts! It takes us back to the basics - and reminds us what our bodies are designed to do. It was the best thing we decided to do during pregnancy.

I was very nervous about my birth but Stacey helped take the fear away! My partner also enjoyed the course, we are both feeling much more prepared !
