Excellent service and great to deal with have bought 2 bikes recently and took in a bike for a service which was supposed to be done by another bike shop. The other bike shop weren’t interested in the service all the wanted was my money. If your looking for a bicycle or need a service try Ray’s Brunswick A1. Highly recommended

A bunch of crooks, quoted a repair job at twice the price of local competition. Also tried to get me to pay for parts that didn't need to be replaced. Dishonest and amoral, wouldn't even recommend to someone I dislike.
I dropped into Ray's today, miles from home, when my chain slipped off and became wedged around the crank. I had just had my bike fully serviced at another bike shop a few days before. Ray's didn't only fix my chain but also some of the other issues left after that shoddy original service, and without extra charge. My bike now rides like a dream. I am really grateful and couldn't speak more highly of the team at Ray's.
Have been charged for gear cables with out replacing them. If I ask to refund the money of the cables. They just denied that they will not give a refund for it. Say something and do something. I would choose 99 bikes compare to this kind of service. All I asked is refund for the cables which are not replaced but have been charged.
Great service and friendly bunch. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I've bought two bikes and happy on both occassions.
