So, after a few successful purchases from #BrunswickPizzaBar I thought I'd order dinner tonight. The pizzas that were arrived were completely inedible (see attached images...tell me you want to get your laughing gear around those tasty morsels...they look so charred, there's actually no way to see which ingredients are on them). They had clearly been left in the oven for WAY too long, and had not then been picked up by quality control before leaving this fine establishment. I thought I'd give it a go and hope that the pizzas didn't taste as unappetizing as they looked...but alas, that was not to be...I called the restaurant, and after about 4-5 attempts at ringing through, the call was finally answered. I was offered replacement pizzas, but by this stage, hanger had set in and I asked for my money back (there was no point in waiting another 45 minutes for pizzas that may or may not have been edible). I was then told by one of the staff that the manager was elsewhere and would call me the next night to discuss refunding the money...I'm sorry...what? How could there be no manager on site? I asked to speak with the manager and was told I would received a return call in 5 minutes (that was 90 minutes ago), and I'm still waiting. No call the next day either. I called again 3 days later and was promised a call back from the manager in 30 minutes...nothing...Look, I'm all about supporting local, but when service is this shoddy, and the product is just thrown together with no care or concern about the customer's experience...well...there are a LOT of other pizza places in Brunswick. You've just lost a loyal customer.

The order arrived quite late, chicken wings was not crispy and delicious. We couldn't eat.
This is another one of the awesomely awesome pizza places that makes an awesomely awesome pizza. Actually, the really cool thing about this place is that they make pizzas for a single person, which is really great when you happen to be the only person who is actually eating the pizza. Okay, they are a takeaway only place, and while they do have beer, the beer is only takeaway as well. However, the pizza is awesome.
I ordered a 76.48 through Uber Eats. When the meal was 30min late I call the restaurant to see what was going on and they couldn’t give me an answer and hung up on me. Every time I try and call back it is either engaged or will ring out.... I am now trying to get a refund through Uber Eats
Horrible customer service even worse food. Pasta was sticky, mushy and under cooked with their chunky cream sauce. Hung up on us when we called and asked when our delivery was ordered . If you want pasta , I would pasta up on this restaurant.
Good late night pizza. I ordered the Veggie cruiser pizza which was great Way better to support this place than dominos and crust Thanks
I ordered from here not long ago and they sent my order to the wrong address must have gave it to the next door neighbours. kept delaying the arrival time, and I had to call the restaurant to see what was going on other wise they didn't contact me to tell me. Driver contacted me saying he gave my food to the wrong address and I said how did u deliver it to the wrong house when it clearly says which address on their and what I ordered he couldn't give me an answer on why he did he just kept giving me an excuse. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't give me a refund. I payed 69.59 and they couldn't give me a refund or anything. I had to wait over 20 mins for the driver to go and get the order from the restaurant so they made another order. poor customer service. Lack of communication. Driver had no clue on which adress. When they have a GPS in their car telling them where to go. The driver then came to my door and I told him to leave the property and he didn't leave they gave me 2 pizzas that were like dough looked like a dogs breakfast. And the bbq wings were spicy. Also the margarita pizza was touched I could tell. This is fuken disgusting behaviour. Never ordering from here again
