2021 recently built my website from scratch and were fantastic. The design was well thought through and well communicated. The implementation and technical aspects of the site were broken down for me so I understood what was going on and how I could use the site. Gary and his team at 2021 recently took on the build of our new website and we are very pleased with their work. They provided me with some one-on-one training of the back-end which helped me understand the admin side a lot quicker. Any issues that did come up regarding the build got resolved quickly. I also like the ongoing maintenance service 2021 provide which gives peace of mind if ever I need their help and have any questions regarding fine-tuning the site.
I have been working with 2021 for over 2 years. They continue to make improvements to our website, making sure that it is always improving. Our site is unusual in that it is pretty steady most of the year and then for 2 weeks every year in September the amount of traffic increases from around 300 users to over 12,000 users per day. Gary and his team have worked with us to ensure that the site is prepared for this event and does not crash with the increase in traffic, whilst still keeping to our very tight budget. We have a dedicated web developer at 2021 who looks after our website so any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently, this hasn’t been our experience with other web developers. If our web developer is unavailable Gary is always there to help.
If you are in small business and have a website, there is no doubt you receive numerous emails and phone calls from SEO companies offering to get you ranked on the first page of Google. I did try one Australian based company for a year and spent thousands of dollars with very little result. I found 2021 on the web and saw they were local and familiar with the online store platform I was using. They did a complete restructure and design of my website that I receive positive comments from weekly. I was dubious how successful this restructure would be for my rankings as I had been down this road before.
