I have floated before at other places and Astral is right up there with the best. As you enter you are just enveloped with a calming sense of relaxation and peace. Everything was beautifully clean and set up just perfectly. The scent in the air is utterly gorgeous and beautiful birds sing outside the window of the waiting room. The staff were helpful and considerate and extremely welcoming. They were very knowledgeable regarding the benefits of floating for someone with Chronic Pain, like myself. And they answered every question with a smile. At no time did I have even one negative thought and came out of there still floating on my relaxation cloud full of sweet hot tea, soft skin from the float and smelling like all things delicious from their many gorgeous creams and sprays. I can 100% say that floating helps ease my back pain more than almost anything else I've found over the years.

This was amazing. My intention was to relax and de-stress and it was such an exceptional experience. I often struggle with mindfulness and other practices that keep my mental health in check but this was easy, enjoyable and so, so amazing! The staff were friendly and informative making the whole experience calming and seamless...I will definitely be back again...and again!

Had my first floating experience this past weekend and, like many people from these reviews, I am already hooked and looking forward to next time The studio in Bruce is absolutely beautiful and instantly calming to walk in to. The staff member was so friendly and really good about taking me through what sensations I might have while floating, how the tank worked, how she would signal me when my hour was up etc. Having gone over that I found I could quite easily just relax into it and not freak out at all because of an unexpected sensation. The rooms with the tubs themselves are wonderful, and I very much appreciate that there is total privacy for the whole experience and no need to move from room to room for showers/toilet/tub. Also the shampoo and conditioners provided smell amazing! And as an added plus, there was a cup of fresh cold water ready for me when I came out - what seems like such a small gesture but shows how much the team here consider their clients needs. I walked out feeling far more relaxed than I had in some time, as well as quite energised and overall very at peace - even with a situation that had been causing me considerable stress.

Upon entry I was greeted by a lovely reception area with fresh tea brewed for my enjoyment. The amenities are clean, welcoming and hospitable. The Float itself is restoring! With excellent support provided by the manager as a first time floater- setting expectations and ensuring I was comfortable and clear with the process. The shower facilities and products provided were delightful and certainly added to a top first experience. Can’t wait to go again!!!

My first float was amazing, I have a bad back and other joint pain After the float, I could move easier then before I went in, my whole body was relaxed, The staff are very friendly, I recommend trying a Astral float studio.
