Awesome pet store. Love how you can bring your dogs in on a leash. My dogs get to walk around and choose their own treats. I also appreciate the water bowls inside. It's right next door to the vet clinic so it's convenient. They also have same day delivery which has been very convenient especially during the pandemic. Plus the dog bath facilities inside the store.

I came in about a month ago now, we had just impulsively adopted a dog and needed everything! Dee was super helpful and if you become a member you get a free bath token. Such a great experience. Great job guys! Lucy appreciates all your help.
I cannot gush about this place anymore! The stock levels were great. The staff there are amazing - my partner and I commented as we were leaving that it's great to see people absolutely loving their jobs. I have a senior cat and needed some help with a few things. The lady I spoke to was super helpful and super friendly and answered all my silly questions. I will definitely be going back there for ALL my pet needs!
Out of the 3 Petbarns I went to this was the only 1 that offered customer service and actually helped me. Wouldn't bother with any other Petbarn store.
Great pet goods at a good price. Great selection and decent prices. Much like other warehouse pet stores but the staff here have been exceptionally helpful during my visits.
