Need to improve honsety - In my experience we have made a deal over the phone as we were far away from the dealership, but the car was the right car for us. I asked the Sales manager over the phone if there was anything he could tell me about the car and if there was anything wrong with it or I should know about. He said it was perfect and they are the #1 dealers around. When I arrived with a bank cheque I noticed a huge dent on the sill of the car which was "touched up" It ended up being a 660 repair. - I asked them if there was anything he could do, due to this lack of honesty and surprise and he said he can get it repaired if I pay for the repair, I asked if they could tint the windows and he gave 10 off the 500 window tint price. - I asked the sales manager to speak with the dealer principal, but the sales manager refused and he said that the negotiations stop with him and he has the call on final price. Than he gave me another 50 off and he said he could get fired for selling the car so cheap. - During our conversation over the phone the sales manager was quite rude and had an attitude of he knows best and tried to give advice on how to save more money so we can reach the amount he has come to. - Than tried to tell us how much money they were losing just by selling this car to us. when he was purely quoting the price difference of the original price and the sale price. - If the car wasnt right for us than I would have walked away or hung up on the phone. Learn how to speak with customer not AT them. - I really like the car (besides the huge dent) but walked away with more dislike toward car dealers. Will not recommend Brown Plains Mazda to anyone who I llike.

My car has been out of warranty for over 3 years now but the reason I keep on going back to the dealership is the level of service! Not any dealership, the Browns Plains Dealership! Michael from the service team is such a professional, pleasant person to deal with! I don't know who washes my car everytime I'm there but that person deserves a huge thank you and maybe a raise These guys will never try to stuff me over and the mechanics definitely know their stuff, I will keep on coming to see you guys as long as this level of service continues. Thank you very much.

Very easy to deal with and quick to fix a very minor thing on a used car I purchased from them. Car was immaculate upon pickup and they offered a free 1000km checkup for the vehicle after purchase. Good dealership

My experience with Mazda Brown Plains was excellent our Sales Representative Andy was very professional I never felt I had to hurry to make a decision as this was very important to me. I have been looking around for a month and I was made to feel looked after. Throughout my experience nothing I asked was a problem as this is my first new car. I was not rushing in or comfortable with a big loan . I received a fantastic offer. Marti also very professional in the finance all was worked out as we wanted no question was a problem.
