3 hours of waiting, and still I wait. Having been told the wait would be up to 2 hours. No one has been called in from waiting room for over an hour. Receptionist has informed me that only 3 doctors are rostered on, and all are booked out. She has advised that another doctor will arrive in 30 minutes (taking me to a 4 hour wait if I’m seen to when he/she arrives).This is an extremely poorly run business. Very poor communication from the staff as well.
I was very happy with my husbands day surgery. The staff where very caring and professional. The dr , nurses and the front deck where excellent.
Yes there was a wait but that is pretty standard for operations, I guess it is hard to predict how much time each patent will take until they look inside. I was extremely nervous and I felt supported from the minute I got there at reception, anethatist was so informative and the nurses were happy to answer any of my questions and calm me down - recovery again they were so sweet and kind. I would recommend this venue - hopefully I won't have to got back anytime soon though!
Worst experience ever yesterday, 4hr wait , in that time NO ONE apologised for keeping me waiting, for a private clinic they must review their procedures, I will never book a procedure there again.
Used to be ok, but now you can make an appointment there are no doctors for walk ins. Waited 3.5 hours and in the last hour didn't move a single place in the queue. Walked out without seeing a doctor.
DO NOT HAVE A PROCEDURE DONE HERE! They took a carbon copy of my credit card - 2 months later and i have been charged 3 unauthorized payments for the same procedure. Still chasing them and the bank trying to get my money back. Staff claim it isn't them but my bank is telling a different story. I have cancelled two cards (no idea how the payments are still coming out, apparently it's because they keep backdating) and on the verge of having to close down my entire bank account. They also let slip that I wasn't the only one this was happening to!
