In December 2020, I bought a ford ranger Wildtrak brand new. After being promised a car they didn't have in a timeline they couldn't achieve. After bringing this up with Alex Williams who is the Sales Manager, They took the car back and had it detailed. When I received the car back it still had scratches and I made that very clear to Nina & Alex. Which they responded "yeah but it looks better than before" After calling Alex Williams to explain that it was not satisfactory, he let out a big sigh and said " What do you expect? It's not a Bentley" After 4 months of Alex and Nina ignoring me, I decided to call Ford Australia and put in the claim. They told me to get my car clean and take it down to Titan Ford to have photos taken for the claim. They decided not to take photos of the car, and told me that scratched paint is normal on brand new car. So I have had a second opinion on the matter and I was told that this is not the first time Titan Ford Brookvale has done this. IF YOU WANT TO BUY A CAR THAT HAS NO SCRATCHES, GO ANYWHERE ESLE BUT HERE.

Zero customer service. Weekends are typically busy at a dealership and they were not adequately staffed. We also called earlier in the week asking about certain cars on the lot and never heard back from sales. Overall, they were rude and disinterested in our business. Was ready to drive one off the lot with a new car but after the sales person looked at me said, 'we're busy with other customers' and gave rude answers to my questions we left. Run don't walk from this pathetic excuse of dealership. PS- Put bloody stickers on the window so the customer knows the price and details of the car, handy if you are 'buys with other customers'.

This is a comment on the servicing department. The service itself is fine, but the dealership very obviously adopts a standard upsell tactic on all fixed price servicing. It goes something like this - half an hour or so after you drop your vehicle off, one of the girls on reception will call you. She probably knows very little about cars, but will basically read a script suggesting your car needs some kind of extra service add-on, and advise that it's going to cost 150 or something similar. You are then put on the spot, don't really have time to assess and research whether or not you need it. Of course, this is all very deliberate. In that situation, most people will say - 'better safe than sorry' - and agree to it. It's not until later that you realise it wasn't necessary at all. It's just a tactic to extract more money out of customers. My advice; when you receive the call, don't accept straight away but tell them you will think about it and get back them. Do a quick google search. Most of the time you will discover that the add-on service is not mentioned anywhere in the service schedule, which tells you everything you need to know. It's a shame because the service is otherwise pretty good, but I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. Keep in mind you don't need to take your vehicle to a Ford dealership to keep your warranty.

We had a brilliant experience with Titan Ford Brookvale when purchasing our Ford Focus. When explaining what i needed and wanted in the car, I was heard and guided to the perfect choice. There was no pushy salesmen, just well informed, helpful staff. I was offered a great trade in price and the finance approval was straight forward. Communication was exceptional throughout. Thank you Simon, Sam and Ainsley for such a great experience. I highly recommend Titan Ford Brookvale.

I can not speak more highly of Simon and the team at Brookvale Ford. I find car salesman usually talk down to women but Simon explained everything to me when i initially called and took the time to go through pricing options / finance options etc. When we went through finance Ainsley was so helpful and made it so easy

Not good at all! Had a safety recall for door hinges in April. Get told the earliest they could do was June. In May they postponed until July. Turn up in July, say they have no record of me in the system, despite me receiving confirmation text and email. I must reschedule - for August. Turn up in August, car sits on the tarmac all day because they were too busy (more likely lazy) to do anything. Rep says definitely will be done the next day by 10am. Drop off the car at 8:30am, to be told it will be done "in the morning", receive a text at 11:50am saying can I call? Call the number - auto-message. Spend 15min on the phone to be told it will be ready at 3pm. Four months and five visits after receiving a product recall for door hinges - i.e. the door could fall off at any time - the issue is finally fixed. They clearly do not care about recalls, or perhaps anyone!

4 Years ago, I rang Titan Ford twice about buying a new car . No one returned my call. (I did buy a competitors car). 6 Months ago I visited the show room to look at the Ranger where I asked for some indicative prices and also for the electronic brochure to be emailed. Nothing forwarded. Last Thursday I rang again and still haven't heard from anyone. Today I rang another Ford dealer and within 2 hours not only did I speak to someone, I have brochures emailed and ideas on prices. Would not be happy if it was my business.

Offensive customer service. My husband dropped my Ford Ranger off for a mandatory recall and requested a loan car to get to work, which he was told wasn’t possible. He then tried to explain that we have 2 small children which was why he had to drop my car off so I wasn’t stuck there with the kids and he needed to get to work - after all it’s not our fault the car had to be recalled. To which the representative replied ‘everyone has a story’. We’ll be reluctant to even purchase from Ford again if this is how they treat their customers.
