Glen was very helpful in solving my problems with an alpine unit that I bought elsewhere as didn’t fit my Ute as described , he ordered correct harness promptly and once in used other spare alpine parts to get unit working as it should ! Contacted Strathfield in Brookvale via email about an Alpine DVE-5300 in-car DVD/Cd player. I received a reply from Glen within 5 minutes(unlike some company's l have emailed and have not even received a reply or it takes 4 days for them to reply). Glen informed me that they did have stock.I then contacted Glen via telephone to see if l could have the unit sent out via express post on the same day. Glen was more than happy to package and send the unit out via express post straight away. After the payment was made Glen emailed me within an hour with the Express post tracking details. Now this is what l call great Service, were you can speak to a person who actually cares. So many company's out there state they want your business,but when you call up you get a person who sounds like they cant be bothered talking to you, and say they will reply and don't. l just wanted to thank Glen for what is lacking in some businesses. Caring staff and for making it happen. Great job Strathfield for employing a great employee.Will l purchase from Strathfield again? Yes l will. Keep up the great work. Rob

Had a super urgent job booked. Made it clear with the provider that it it super important to get done in time for work purposes. On the day the job was booked they cancelled, leaving me in a total mess. Probably a good service otherwise but totally unreliable.

Underwhelming on multiple accounts and would not use their retail or fitment services again. Firstly, customer service is vague and unwelcoming. Our initial booking for a stereo installation was mis-quoted and we ended up being fleeced for much more than the original guide. When making the effort to reconfirm the booking, as no one had reached out, it was nowhere to be seen in the system?? The workmanship presents as lazy e.g. old camera wire chopped at either end and not completely removed, 2 out of 4 bolts used to secure the amp. Gave them a second chance to retune the stereo and connect the camera cable for the caravan, left it with them for the entire day....not sure if they even re-tuned, unhelpful with a popping noise in the speakers and handed me the cable to install myself rather than completing the job I had originally paid for. My opinion is that they are taking advantage of demand in the market yet delivering substandard service and zero pride in their work.
