We were referred to Railsafe by The Pool Centre to replace the floor spring for our pool gate. Very happy with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend them. Update: there were a few niggling issues once the new gate mechanism was initially fitted and, to be completely upfront about this, we nonetheless signed off on the job. But then realised we should have been clearer in our communications about some of the settings (speed at which gate closes particularly). Railsafe were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and here we are, 2 more service calls from them later and it is now100% sorted. A big shout out to Johnny for unfailing politeness and expertise. And Wendy who has had to endure my calls and emails. No wonder you guys have been finalists and winners in local awards. I wouldn't use anybody else. Thanks guys.

We had a glass pool fence installed several years ago. A tree branch came down recently and demolished 2 panels and bent a post. Railsafe gave us a very reasonable quote to effect repairs, and promptly and professionally removed the bent post ( which included coring out that section set in concrete below ground level) and fitted the new panels. A pleasure to deal with such an efficient company and competent and friendly staff.
