The estimator was on time and then submitted a good quote we accepted and booked in a date. Greg called the day before and asked to put the time back a few hours as there was an emergency nearby. Arrival of the 3 men was as advised. The crew were most competent, neat and left our place in excellent condition. They had no problem with my requests and were only too happy to oblige. Great Job Thanks Plateau!!!
I recently used Plateau Trees for assistance with a large gum tree in poor health and found them extremely helpful to assist with arborist advise then take care of the removal and stump grind. They came with a first class equipment set up and ran a safe and professional removal of the tree which was surrounded by overhead wires then returned to remove the stump the next day. It was not an easy job and they did it well so happy to recommend them!

Plateau Trees provided professional and timely service. The initial quoting (for tree lopping and root grinding) was done quickly and prices were held firm. All work was undertaken efficiently, safely and with good humour. The deep experience and high quality of all staff (including head office staff) was obvious. All in all a pleasure to work with and would definitely use again.

I have used Plateau Trees on an earlier occasion to trim some large trees and so I contacted them again (and got other quotes to compare). They were the cheapest, and so based on my last contact I accepted their quote. Four staff arrived on time on the agreed date, and did a very competent and organised job in removing my diseased tree. They cleaned up very well after the tree was removed, and after they left you would not have known that they had been there
Rhys and the team arrived promptly and worked efficiently to remove three trees and about seven stumps. They were extremely professional and left the area level and tidy afterwards. We have already recommended them to other friends because we were happy with the service and price.
