The only online store I could find 12.7mm thread lamp holder with a switch. Great customer service and prompt delivery. They charge a flat rate delivery which is their business model. So if you buy 1 holder or 100 holders the delivery fee is the same. I'm glad the lamp is fixed even though I had to pay a little extra. Will definitely shop with them again.

I needed some exhaust fans in a hurry, and asked Michael to price match, which he did. He then went out of his way to arrange for the fans to come from Melbourne, and was completely honest about freight times. I will be shopping with these guys in future for any and all lights we need. Great service.

Poor service, not so honest, expensive. Ordered some wire, nothing for a week (except their spam emails) sent a 'where is it email' no reply, next day the courier sent tracking info email, that's 8 days from order to processing (packed & sent). They advertise half price shipping, not so, shipping was 14, their cost 6.60, thus false advertising. Once they get your s they couldn't care less, there are better shops out there.

I had a good experience with these guys. One of my items was on back order and they were good about keeping me up to date on the status (unlike most other companies where I constantly have to chase). Delivery guys also very friendly and helpful.
Fast replies to returns request. Effortless exchange of products purchased. To their credit, their customer service is quite helpful.
