The place is great, it's outside the mall so you have to find the way to get there, maybe not super easy if it's your first time, but once you get there you got everything you need and the staff it's always ready to help. Great place

Bought a new Electric Guitar and it didn't seem right, so i went back to Mall Music and chatted with Richard and Tarran and they were amazing, dealt with the issue which i was very happy with and loving my new Guitar. Definitely going back to add to my collection

I've really gotten into electric guitar lately and have been going to mall music a lot the first time I went they had just locked up but Geoff was kind enough to let me in through the back door. The next day I came back to grab some strings but got distracted by all the pedals and Angus was really helpful with some pedal advice. Overall it's a really great place with great customer service. Thanks to Geoff and Angus.

I've been shopping at this store for more than 30 years (every since it was a little shop that sold vinyl). This store has always been about service. Staff are always friendly and helpful. If they don't have something in stock they'll try to get it for you and they'll do well at matching prices of competitors too (though sometimes their price was the best anyway in my experience). Do yourself a favour and support a family owned local business!

A seriously great place to buy what you need. I have bought from MM several times over the 4 years that I have lived on the northern beaches and was always impressed with the staff knowledge and service. I am not a review writer, but I really needed to post something today. I called up and bought an amp the other day and was going to collect today, but then the f%&#ing covid came to the northern beaches so I couldn't. Seriously p!ssed, I called MM to see if they could arrange a delivery.. but all the kings horses and all kings men couldn't arrange a deliveryman. So the manager Jeff personally delivered it on his way home, stopping at my place before going home to deal with his own family lockdown in Palmy. Now that is just fantastic
