I had an iPhone screen repair done by these guys. Super expensive and i was so careful with my phone, didn't bump it, drop it or have it in a bag, and within 3 days there was a crack in the screen all the way down! I feel that this was due to the poor quality of the replacement screen (not a genuine apple part which I knew). The staff are responsive and very nice, however the best they could offer was another replacement at a discounted rate. I don't want to spend any more money on this phone (389 to get a new front and back that had smashed!) and no one would acknowledge that it was probably a bad part, but not covered under warranty as it looks like damage. I understand that this is a tricky thing to prove, and I'm taking it as just being the unlucky person who got a rare faulty screen that broke from nothing. It's put me off future repairs, I'll be sure to go straight to Apple if something happens to my next phone.
Phoned these guys up (spoke to Luke) my phone stopped charging. My mobile is my office. he "said come around and I will take a look at it", The problem was fixed and I had my phone back in just over an hour. Just awesome service and price.

Luke was great doing a screen replacement for me just before closing on a Saturday. The result was excellent and the price very fair and work is covered by a warranty. I would recommend these guys for any iPhone repairs
