I went in to Dracakis Jewellers @ Warringah Mall on Sunday 14/03 afternoon to enquire on a few pieces of jewellery I was interested in buying for myself. I was with my husband who is of Anglo-Australian origin and I'm from a ethnic background. Unfortunately the service I received from the lady shop assistant was quite disappointing to say the least. She was arrogant and presumptuous, especially about the price bracket she thought I was able to afford. She never made eye contact with me the whole time I was talking to her , instead she kept directing all the answers (to my questions) to my husband. I was quite shocked that in this day and age there are still people (especially young people) who treated customers like that - I hope she was not being racist but hard to think of any other reason for her behaviour. Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything from Dracakis jewellery anytime soon - the service on the day did not meet minimum standard for common courtesy.

Just of late, I had an engagement ring remodeled. Dracakis did a fabulous job, 4 weeks wait was well worth it. Elly looked after me. The service and friendliness of the Brookvale store was great, they make you feel special from the time you walk in the door. Dracakis jewellery is exquisite....
