Overcrowded and ridiculous long waiting times! I switched to online ordering and it was way better. However, this is the only one in Northern Beaches otherwise the next one is like 20km away so we should serve much quicker and have more lines(2 or 3 counters)

Chatime opens in Warringah Mall with a constant queue at this business which wasn’t deterred thanks to the receptive team member behind the counter. Delivery of drink to customer was about two minutes; recommend to visit.

Ordered the new frost tea premium pearl regular for 7. Heaps of pearls which i like. However, a customer that ordered after me received their drinks before me. Not a nice feeling and also had to wait 10mins.

Very good tea, but when ordering through Uber Eats I only get what I order and pay for 1/4 times. Mousse Matcha seems to be beyond reach with no reply from Chatime.
