Shocking! Never seen siuch a filthy venue. Carpet has not been vacuumed in weeks evident by the thick layer of filth around the edges, stains and ffood all over the floor at start of party all round table. Plastic table cloth is filthy, paper plates and plastic cups not even laid straight. Not enough cups for everyone. Party food consists of choice of 2 of tiny party pie, tiny party sausage roll or 1 chicken nugget amounting to two mouthfuls served with water or orange cordial. Kids liked the bouncy castles but SERIOUSLY! Horrific rip off at 35 per head. The owner should be ashamed.
Came for my Sons Party in August 2013 and he loved it. Had mainly his school friends who were all around the 8-9yo range and this place was suitable for them all. It was the easiest party i have done as all i took was a cake they did everything else. All the kids were exhaused at the end but enjoyed it thoroughly and i would definately recommend it
More care and attention to detail needed. If this is what the place looks like with a new owner then I definitely wouldn't come to the previous version. 1. Small mezzanine room 2. A large poo awaited me in the unflushed men's toilet plus it stank (no toilet deodoriser) plus there was a manky bar of soap sitting on the sink ????? 3. Fan above the internal entery door was covered in dust (thick layer) 4. Carpets were filthy (vacuum before you open ???) 5. Drab concrete walls - through some colourfull paint around. Paint is cheap ??? 6. Cafe is upstairs ? - makes it impossible to monitor child while eating 7. Owner seems more interested in squeezing maximum dollars and spending as little as he possibly can ? 8. Ball guns shown in picture aren't available (stuck in corner, non functional and of course covered in a thick layer of dust!
