Great company to deal with. They managed to remove a large tree without the need for expensive crane/power cut/traffic control etc. Tree climber and support team on the ground were professional and completed the job with relative ease. Would definitely recommend these guys and their front office staff were also really nice to deal with.

just want to acknowledge the great job Jake and his team did yesterday, they worked so well as a team and were able to get the 2 trees down and cleaned up in just over two hours, amazing!. The experience, teamwork and pride in what they do really shows. The trees to be removed were overhanging the house, but they were able to safely remove them without any disturbance to the house and gardens. They also took the time to cut the stumps to ground level, and clean up the garden and street. Aura has been a pleasure to deal with from the quote to the completion of the job, you should be proud of the standard of service you provide, I would have no hesitation in using Aura again and will be highly recommending you to family and friends.

I cannot speak too highly of the team at Aura. From the beginning they kept me informed. Were prompt with their quote and followed up as well. On the day of the service they arrived on time, introduced themselves and explained what they would be doing. The boys were very polite, friendly and efficient and worked methodically. When the tree was completely cut ( huge jacaranda) they cleaned up the entire area. They were extremely careful with my flowers not to damage them or my driveway and pavers. They let me know when the work was completed. I was extremely impressed with the whole setup. Price wise i found them to be very reasonable as well. Can highly recommend Aura.
Tricky tree-lopping job job with dead limbs overhanging an old cement tile roof on an aging wooden home, and need for precision. Sam, Stephan and Lorenzo worked as a well-coordinated team to bring down the tall timber safely. Good planning by Sam led to a great result. The clean-up left the place pristine and much better than when they arrived. Gabrielle was correct: they are one of Aura's A-Teams! Good blokes to boot.
We needed to remove large trees on our property. We are very glad we chose this company to remove them, as well as complete the stump grinding. Jackson and the onsite team were fantastic. They were professional, courteous and also went out of their way to protect our property. We had a side gate they needed to access to do their work. They covered the gate to ensure no damage which was a good sign of things to come. They conducted themselves in a very safe way and also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. You can tell they are a well experienced company.
Another great job from Aura! The team have done lots of work on my property over the years and this was a straightforward removal of (big) palms with no stump grinding. I asked to keep some of the lengths of palm trunk to use for my garden and the guys cut it to fit exactly. They were also meticulously tidy and even went into my neighbours to clean up some of the sawdust. Very happy - great job!
Friendly and professional, and excellent communication. Could not be happier with the work they did at our house, done quickly and efficiently and left the garden cleaner than they found it. Highly recommended.
