Absolutely criminal, dodgy and fraudulent - stay away. There is a reason they're cheaper than the rest. I ordered their "premium garden mix" by calling the number on the website. The guy on the phone was incredibly loose and careless - almost annoyed that I called... after the order was placed, he was about to hang up the phone without even taking down my address until I reminded him. I was told a delivery day and time and as I entirely expected the driver did not arrive. Over the next 2 days I made 7 unanswered calls in an attempt to try and find out what was going on. When he finally answered the 8th time, I was assured of a new delivery day and time. This time the truck actually arrived and dumped 10cbm of what can only be described as building site waste on my driveway. It's literally like they've picked up dust from an excavation and then sold it. After countless hours of shoveling through this mountain I'd found a metal kitchen fork, chip packet pieces, lots and lots and LOTS of broken glass pieces, actual rocks, roof tile pieces, nails and screws, etc... A complete scam. They've made a fancy attractive website to lure in customers like me, but they don't offer the services promised or the products pictured. Avoid at all costs. I cannot stress this enough.

I ordered what was meant to be "top soil" and had it spread out in my yard so I could plant grass seeds. The more I watered it the more it became apparent to me (a non-gardener) that this isn't top soil. There are little rocks and other debris that just keep showing up and my lawn isn't growing. Tried contacting the company but haven't heard back. Would definitely not recommend Good Earth Soil.
