We booked the ladies day package for our pre-wedding celebrations and to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. First off, trying to actually make the booking to begin with was a mission. Left several messages on their voicemail and after numerous emails, finally got a response! Due to circumstances beyond their control, they had to cancel our Saturday booking and could only then fit us in on a week day. We took days off work to accommodate this. Then they forgot to book one of us in and I was made to feel like I had made the mistake. Eventually got to the venue. It was beautiful. However, Thankfully we didn’t feel like a swim as the pool wasn’t clean and cobwebs were everywhere!! The massage (despite us requesting medium pressure) was hardly even a massage. We basically paid for someone to lightly rub oil on our bodies. Didn’t even ask if the pressure was ok or wipe the oil off with a towel. Instead we were just told we could wipe it off ourselves and offfered us a cold damp towel. To top it off, we walk out of our treatment to be greeted by an eftpos machine in our face. Then as we were leaving the establishment, were questioned “have you all paid??” not a “thanks for coming ladies, hope you enjoyed your treatments” that was the icing on the cake. Unbelievable, rude, rushed and definitely did NOT leave feeling relaxed. Will not be returning any time soon and will not recommend! Some advice, Treat ALL your guests (even those that may not be staying at the venue) with respect and communicate internally! Would save a lot of embarrassment and these negative reviews!

Beautiful setting for a really enjoyable and relaxing experience. Would highly recommend the half day package. Great way to pamper that special someone.

Had a massage and facial. Was nice and professional. The grounds are beautiful to wonder around. Team were comforting and professional. Sometimes I do not like salons because staff can be quite annoying and talk to much or try and make you purchase more services/products this is not an issue at brookleigh at all.

got a 250 voucher as a gift and used it on a mini facial, mani pedi & brow wax/tint. the pedi was no where near the quality you'd get from a place in a shopping centre despite being twice the price... she didn't even scrub my skin. I decided not to bother with the mani. after the bright eyes treatment my brows and lashes looked exactly the same. I've got 45 left to spend but wouldn't use it on any of those treatments. just glad I didn't spend my own money.

I bought my partner and I a couples massage for this place. Wow!! Saw the photos online, but this place truly is stunning. The whole atmosphere from the moment we walked in was pure relaxation. The treatment itself was amazing and the therapists had great client care. They wanted to know if we had any areas we needed to be concentrated on and they worked their magic. The room was warm and inviting. We were treated like we were the only people there. All we wanted to do was sleep at the end, so relaxed and pampered. Had a lovely herbal tea and choccie biscuit at the end and were told not to rush, relax and take our time. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this place and we will be back.

I sent my sister in law to the day spa for her birthday. She loves natural products and is vegetarian and they were very accommodating for her. She felt very well looked after and it was a special day for her. She mentioned that the drive to get to the day spa into the Swan Valley was nice and relaxing and that she seemed very far from the city once she was there (but it didn't take her long to get there) which was a bonus as I hadn't even thought of that went I booked her in! Thanks very much to the Brookleigh team.
