Called on Easter Saturday at 8:10 and ended up on the tape loop, saying the place was closed. Double-checked with their web-page. Specifically said the shop was open. Disappointing. I received a response shown below. My experience was specific to an issue with the phone system. I did not claim an issue with any other listings. This seems an attempt to fudge the issue. For the phone system I tried multiple times with options for front-desk (sales) and workshop. The system positively identifies the shop by name and stated "Unfortunately, you are calling outside our normal operating hours." So for this the response of the business owner from my point of view is definitely incorrect. I am not sure either what wires were crossed, but they were undoubtedly on the company premises. It would be good to admit that.

Stocks a huge range of spare parts for my ride on mower as well as all my stihl trimmers, chainsaw and whipper snippet. Staff are helpful and professional, but repairs can cost up to 3/4 of purchasing a entirely new machine.
Excellent place to get garden tools / hardware. Excellent advice and staff that know there stuff . If you need tools fixing there's a workshop and team to fix your issue . P.S thanks for the text message with your opening times over Easter Holidays
I haven’t bought much from here - a primer bulb for my brushcutter and a chain sharpening kit for my chainsaw (both Stihl) - but both times I was impressed by the knowledgeable and quick service from the staff and the fact that they had what I needed at hand. I thought maybe I could have gotten these things cheaper online if I could have waited, but as it happened both times it would have been more expensive with the postage added, with no guarantee that I was getting a genuine part. Pleasant staff and a roomy store, both of which makes things easier while trying to socially distance. Access is directly off Moggill Rd and I’ve never had trouble parking, which makes it an easy option when you just want to get what you need to get a job finished.
I was choosing a line trimmer between stihl, honda and shindaiwa and had a thousand questions. They were very helpful. Got honda at the end. Love it.

Had to get parts for older mower, staff are very helpful and found the parts required although the mower is old. Polite, friendly service like how you would expect and the knowledge and attitude you don't usually find this day and age. Will definitely recommend to those that need helpful business like The Mower Place.
