Initial contact was fast and efficient. Very helpful at home for selection of mobility scooter. Scooter purchased fitted requirement and fits comfortably in my vehicle. Scooter also is ideal for transport to shopping centres, medical centres, hospitals and general use. Overall excellent service and very highly recommended for those in need of a Mobility Scooter.

I have not had an opportunity to visit my parents to observe their progress with the scooters. I have however spoken with them and they are happy with them. Already my Dad has been on a marathon trip over most surfaces. His long trips have other benefits not foreseen. Sometimes old people can be in each other's company more than they each want. My Mum is thankful for the times when my father is out on his scooter as it give her a break from the role of carer. They are bith able to take the dog for more and longer walks. So all good at this stage.

Bought an A90 on 04/03/2021 as recommended for my special needs by John. The four wheel model has answered my concerns about tremours I have. Arthritis as well. I have very confident steering ability. The torgue of the A90 handles my steep driveway beautifully! Same speed as along the footpath. This was my main concern!! Active Mobility Scooters advertised a unit which was exactly what we needed. The price was way better than the competitors for a comparable scooter. They were able to arrange payment via our AgedCare plan, organised a test Drive with an occupational therapist And delivered it on time. It’s been easy to maintain.

I was sold a second hand scooter with bald tyres and wrong vin number supplied and no service back up not a good experience all round.

Active Scooters helped me choose My new blue scooter which helps me get around my house independently instead of a wheelchair and it allows me to carry things around the house also . It folds down to quite a small size so is good for travelling and it looks very cool people always comment on it when I’m out and about in it
