Never purchase from here. I ordered a cubby house in October, confirming with their management on ETA. I was notified it would be first week in December. Since then i have had no communication, unless i initiated it, regarding an updated ETA. When i spoke to them regarding my disappointment in still not having an ETA they tried to state i ordered with knowledge of delays, after showing proof of conversations they have offered an insulting 5% discount... a whole 17.45 Disgusting customer service. Never again will i purchase from them, nor will i ever recommend them to someone/anyone!!!!
