After 35yrs in the mechanical trade I was thinking of a career change. When Covid 19 arrived I was laid off. It was my calling card for change and the Transformational Institute helped me gain my Cert 3 Individual Support in Disability. The team are professional and gave great advice on gaining employment and not long after I started the course I was employed. It’s been nearly 6 months in the job now and I have never looked back . I love my new role and look forward to going to work every time. I highly recommend anybody to the Institute for training you will not be disappointed with their professionalism and one on one support.

To go back to class after 24 years was crazy. My physical & mental health has always hindered me. But to have all the support & fantastic teachers Donna, Mark & Christine, I got through. They will never know how much it meant to get my cert iv in disability as well as other short courses that I have completed there means to me.

Transformational Institute is a very welcoming place. The trainers go above and beyond to give students knowledge, resources and motivation to excel personally and professionally. With the option to use the Elearning platform, they’ve been able to facilitate learning during COVID which has been excellent! I would highly recommend to anyone considering completing a qualification or short course in Newcastle or the Hunter
