Ordered large chips plus 1 thigh. 7.95. Received cold chips with no seasoning and not full. Tasted like cardboard. Also 1 just warm dry drumstick. How hard is it. It’s about time some of these takeaways employed responsible adults instead of kids.

Chips were cold, soggy, and limp. Definitely needed more seasoning. Burgers were slapped together, very rushed prep. Overall disappointing first drive thru only experience.

Not one to leave reviews very often but today was the 3rd time I have visited this place and there’s been no original recipe... I hardly go here so I wonder how many more times they’ve run out of the chicken. Surely being KFC was there’s more than enough chicken to see out the day/night. Never had this problem before, maybe stock more chicken? \u200d️ Continuously lost my business because of this problem

Food is always fast and fresh, I love ordering ahead but my disappointment was with the KFC donuts. Ours were rock hard as if they had been left under a heat lamp for too long, they were dry, rock hard and were like biting into a golf ball

The most efficient KFC ever! We ordered online and checked in using the kiosk before picking up our food. The whole process was seemless and took just a few short minutes.

great idea. makes it easy. i suggest ordering on app beforehand to save a little bit of time and dont have to struggle talking to a speaker box.

Was thinking a drive through only kfc would be efficient. we waited in the queue for a minimum of 10 mins. Before order getting take then had to wait a further 5 minutes for the boom gate to rise then moving into line. Thinking it took so long its gotta be fresh food to be completely disappointed. Soggy chips rubbish burger

After my enjoyable time with Amy, I did another thing in contrast to my normal behaviour. I went to KFC. I’d forgotten just how tasty fast food can be.
