Was sold a phone screen protector which has become unstuck over 2 weeks. Poor customer service and quality of products. Avoid at all costs.

I bought two phone covers and asked them to replace the glass protector on my iphone. I've had the phone just short of a year and had Telstra put one on when I bought it. It lasted 11.5 months without any problem. The one I got from Mobile Beat didn't even last a week so I went back to show them and to replace it and the girl was so rude to me I left. The least they could do would be replace the glass as a gesture of goodwill.... Kmart 5 screen protectors work better than this company sell and they're more expensive too. Very disappointed, will never go back and make sure noone else I know spends a cent with them.
Unfriendly staff, felt overly pressured to purchase product, which was poor quality and expensive.
Brilliant service. One phone case I bought had a fault and they were only too happy to exchange it.
went to the shop to ask about a replacement screen protector for a phone and as we are chatting about it sales lady just goes ahead and starts picking off current screen protector and cracking it heaps?? so strange, she didn't ask or anything. I was not committed to getting a replacement but had to after that--not from this business though!
This store has the worst customer service ever. I had recently bought a 2 cases and the first day I had it, it broke. I had not even used it. I went back to the phone store and asked for a refund. They one of them left the store in a panic and the manager rudely declined the refund even though in the process of buying the product nothing said anything about no refunds. I came back the following day and another one of the employees could not do that simple refund. I had to wait 30 minutes until the manager came back and even then she showed attitude and spent ten minutes of my time ‘trying’ to refund the product. I told her I had to go. She finally gave me the phone case without a receipt. I asked her politely and patiently where the receipt was and she just looked at me aggressively and said oh if you have to go in such a hurry then why would you wait for a receipt. I just walked away wishing I could get that ten minutes of my life back. She most likely was not even doing anything and was just stalling me because she new I was in a hurry. Anyone who’s reading this I would strongly recommend NOT to go to mobile beat.
Lady serving was rude, quoted wrong prices and over charged on two items. As for discount on 2nd item it was never given.
