This is the most wonderful affordable quality eye ware I have come across, and the customer service is sensational, the staff will do what needs to be done and then some. The optometrist on board at Pacific Fair is wonderful, and state of the art equipment. My orders have always come in on time, no delays, or errors to be tended to. I really can’t say enough...why spend more???

Amazing service! I've never purchased a pair of glasses before but the team at Bailey Nelson made me feel very at home. The frames in their selection were distinguished yet simple and I ended up making the most of their '2-for' bargain. Olivia and Carney were particularly helpful in aiding my judgement of style and the in-store eye test was easy and efficient in providing me with a quality prescription. Thank you BN and team!

The staff at Pacific Fair were really friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. I came into the store to have my glasses replaced (they were two months old and a nose pad had fallen off and one of the lenses popped out). The girls organised a replacement under warranty straight away, put my lenses in brand new frames on the spot and sent me on my way! I was probably in store for five minutes, it was amazing service and I was so grateful to not have to wait days or weeks for a replacement!

All staff very helpful with great service & knowledge. They turned out to be much better priced than "SpecSavers". I will definitely come back next time I need new glasses. I bought 2 pair of single vision with tint one pair and anti-glare on the other pair.
