Today I got my forward helix pierced by Tori. When I walked into the store I planned to make a booking but she was kind enough to say I could get the piercing when I walked in. I’m usually quite scared of piercings but didn’t get scared once as she was a very kind person. She explained in detail how the piercing was going to go and answered all my questions I asked. At the end she also gave me a 5 voucher for next time and I will for sure return to get all my next piercings there. Tori was excellent ! Thankyou Kyla

Amazing clinic. Very lovely well trained staff would recommend! Thankyou Tori After having my ears pierced a week or so later I woke up and my ear was bleeding and really sore. I thought the diamond had fallen off the needle as the needle part was still stuck in cause I couldn’t pull it away. I went in and saw tori she was super kind and had a look. Turned out the diamond earring had gone inwards and I had pushed it through in my sleep (cause I sleep on my side on my hand) She cleaned it all up and fixed it. I was a little baby too and screamed hahah and Torii was super calming and as soon as it was fixed the stinging stopped.

Had a very good piercing experience recently. Was able to walk in on the day and get an appointment (although I'm sure booking ahead is recommended). Overall the staff were super friendly and accommodating and the piercing was very clinical and professional. My piercing was done by Sammie and was done perfectly and has healed very fast! I 100% recommended this store for piercing more sensitive areas and to ask for Sammie as she really knows what she is doing!

So loved the incredibly professional service I received from Manager Kirsty when I got my Tragus piercing. Kirsty was calm, friendly and extremely confident when giving the piercing. Two weeks later I had the pleasure of having my ear lobes re-pierced by Ashley. Ashley was vibrant, friendly and incredibly professional also.
