The Perfect nails & Spa service always pleasant with reasonable price, I always look forward to going back there. Today, I was served by one of the staff who was professional and patience. I had my personalised art nail design done. The result turned out stunning. I recommend Perfect nails & Spa without any hesitation.

When I read the reviews of this nail place, I understand why many think that the girls are rude, I honestly believe it is only because the language barrier and a matter of different culture. The girl who always do my nails is actually very good, she’s patient, know what she is doing, she is funny, friendly and appreciate an honesty compliment of her work. Her name is Tee. My SNS last for 3 weeks with no lifting and problem at all. And I wrote this after my 3rd time doing my nails with her. So I have to honestly say I do not know how the other girls work will be.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The woman who did my pedicure could not have cared less and was extremely rude. I asked her if the instruments had been sterilized. She said: "yes but I might be lying. You don;t need to stay if you don't want to". I stayed and wish I had not. The scraper/was definitely not sterilized. I asked for my thongs to be put on before my nails were painted. She rudely said that I could not because she could not stand the smell - really - firstly my thongs do not smell and secondly I always have my thongs put on before my toe nails are painted so I do not have to stay sitting in the salon.
This is by far the worst nail shop i have visited. I made an appt and still waited for a long time. I wasnt able to have what i wanted done as the wait time was so long. My nails are bumpy, all different lengths and shape. Just terrible. Do not waste your money
Stay away! Worst experience I have ever had for a pedicure. My partner wanted to have his feet done so we went together. The lady who did mine took longer and more care. His was quick and terrible. His feet actually looked worse after the pedicure. The nails were hacked, not shaped, jagged and sharp and when I asked why they didn't do the side of his feet, I was advised they can't do that as it's dry skin. Went to pay and was told mine was 30.00 and his was 35.00. When asked why mine was cheaper? Apparently because I didn't want nail polish on my toes mine was 5.00 cheaper. When we pointed out he didn't either apparently men don't want it anyway so they pay full price! We were shocked by the service and the logic! Will never go there again!
Very uneven SNS application. Had my nails done for my wedding and had to have them fixed elsewhere as the top layer peeled off on the same day and looked awful. My nails have bubbles and bumps and gouges taken out of them and are lifting around the bottom and were from the day after I got them done. They look fine from afar but overall not happy. Very thick and uneven. No care or attention to detail taken. Would not go back. Also told her that there was black fluff stuck to one of my nails and tried to remove it and she said "don't worry" and it's very very obvious under the clear SNS on a French manicure
They are great girls at perfect nails and do a great work
They only applied acrylic to half my partners nails, they nails were crooked and rough. I truly DO NOT recommend this place. Pay 60 for crooked nails and uneven nails
