Great customer service! I had gone through a number of different shops before hopping into OPSM Pacific Fair looking for prescription glasses and sunglasses. The shop assistances in other stores seemed uninterested and weren't helpful at all, and I was feeling that it's too hard to find glasses that are right for me until I met Alex from OPSM Pacific Fair. He was friendly and easy to talk to, took his time to willingly go through various glasses with me until I find the right ones. He made the glasses shopping so much fun and easy smooth process for me. I picked both glasses up and love them so much! Thank you, Alex!!
