Staff seemed friendly nice enough room bed was hard but I've had worst no tv in bedroom and no tissues appliances were easy to use but out dated plenty of parking could do with some trolleys for luggage it's not far from tram station and a nice little cafe downstairs near main entrance dose a beautiful coffee. I enjoyed my stay at this motel

Great location close to everything and the staff were so lovely! Room was really nice and clean and the bed was big and comfortable, Great restaurant and bars around the corner, we will definitely be back!
Neptune Resort has been our home for almost 2 years while working for the iconic Dracula's Cabaret. The Management has been super friendly and supportive with us from the very beginning, always happy to to help. Highly recommended Bray & Skopalova

Beautiful location, close to everything. Great value for money. Very happy return customer and will be back!
Rooms are clean however a little outdated, marks on walls. Not great value for money. No oversite after hours so groups of people drinking and partying by the pool. Location was the biggest asset.

The location is really good and the people there try and address your issues promptly. The place seems to be quite clean. The apartment though was disappointing: the toilet was quite rusty, so even though it was clean, it did not look like it due to it being rusty. The whole apartment looked very sad and is in desperate need of a makeover, or at the very least a full paint job. The furniture desperately needs updating. One of the chairs had a broken back. I hope that they take the necessary steps to upgrade it as it is a very nice location.
