Sales people are very attentive and accommodating. They assisted us politely. A lot of not so expensive items. It has a lot of nice bags and wallets which I love.

They never seem to replenish their watches!! I have been in this store probably about 10 times to buy an analogue and smart watch, and each time they've told me they have sold out and will be getting stock "soon". I was sick of waiting for them so I ended up buying the watches off Amazon for half the price. I work in retail and understand products sell out, I just wish the staff would be honest so I didn't waste my time waiting for months.

Absolutely superb service and quality items! So great to see high quality brands returning to Pacific Fair and in such style. A beautiful and professionally run store.
