We had an amazing experience at level up! The environment was clean and was great value for money. Gabby made the whole experience extremely enjoying with her 5 star customer service! We are definitely going to come back and take the family next time. Thanks gabby for being a star.

Ive been coming to Level for the last couple of months with my 4yr old son and we absolutely love the place!!! :) The games are great and its well priced with some really good prizes that are achievable. Staff are always very welcoming, professional and friendly, happy to help out with any questions, very fun and friendly place to bring your children. Thank you sooo much!!! :)

We have visited Level Up Arcade a few times this week and the store is very clean and organised, the prizes are better than other arcades and the staff are absolutely lovely. Thank you for the great experience, our daughter always leaves with a big smile on her face

Very cheap for a arcade, super fun games and a lot of variety. Cheap and quality prizes and just had a very good time.

The young lady working was very friendly and helpful, she had eftpos issues and was very apologetic and cared. The games were clean and distancing followed, our kids had a blast-actually won prizes and ticket prizes arent too high so we got some decent stuff. Easier to use for a short fun visit.
