Thumbs up to the staff at Kookai. My son’s girlfriend had to return a garment that turned out to be faulty after (during) one wear. The staff were concerned and apologetic, replacing the item with a minimum of fuss, when we had thought it may have ended up being a difficult situation. The clothing range there is gorgeous!

The store was really quiet and needed assistant but the girls continued to have their own conversations. I decided to walk out and went to Kookai Brickworks instead.

I have had severe anxiety about shopping or buying clothes since I was about 10 years old. I went in to Kookai today and the ladies were extremely friendly, professional, helpful and understanding. It is refreshing to see women who are kind to others

Went in there with my partner, and was literally avoided by all sales staff as we shopped for 15mins and not approached once despite needing assistance and the store being quiet. Ended up shopping at Myer who were more than happy to help us. Do not recommend shopping in-store here!
