Terrible service! In the website they said my claim would take 28 days to be finalised but I'm already passing the two months mark waiting for that and no feedback from the company. Any written contact takes at least a week to be answered and when I called they said everything should be done by Friday last week, but nothing I'm still waiting. I hardly rate this company - 10 stars if I could.
