attitude stinks. always the same lady serving. should be fired. Was told theres too many people so I cant sit there.

Hmmmm.... Ramen.... Hakataya Ramen is right up there with the best noodles on the coast - and add to that free 'extra' noodles! I just wish it was a standalone restaurant and not tied to shopping centre hours.

Yummy Ramen soup, different choices, with pork, always fresh, tasty, with the little extras; pickled ginger, chilli pepper, vinegar, soy, sesame & free extra bowl of noodles. You can get Gyoza too. We live locally & come to Pac Fair to shop, so it's great for early or late lunch. Very reasonable prices. Terrific friendly service with a smile, all the staff are so wonderful. Eat in or take away. I didn’t expect much from a counter service ramen restaurant in a shopping mall, but I was quite wrong. I would say it is better than a similar establishment in Japan, although the prices are different of course. Friendly staff and quick service.

a few years back I came here with my dad. the soup was good, they offered kaedama (extra noodles) and takana was free. i wanna come back here sometime

Always and consistently very good Tonkotsu Ramen !!! I've been all over Japan, and even In Hakata where they specialize in Tonkotsu Ramen. I can say , this restaurant is up to to standard pure Japanese Taste and credentials!!
