I saw Dr NG for about 4 years in 2006-2010. Worst dental experiences of my life. Dr Ng left a cotton gauze/ pellet under a crowned tooth #37 from 2008-2014 it was approximately 1903 days it was left in till it was found after it was extracted by another dentist which was the most pain experience in my life, I was in tears the entire time. The infection it caused almost killed me. My CRP blood inflammation level sky-rocketed to 56. It became severely infected and caused massive pain. It was finally extracted by another dentist and the agoney/pain got slowly better but left life long damage to my left side of my neck and body. All of the work he performed over the years was sub standard. The rest of the work he did was to an extremely poor standard and led to full disablement. His paperwork and notes regarding the work he did were terrible. I will see you in court Dr NG as soon as im well enough to take legal action soon. I will be reporting him to the Queensland Health Ombudsman first! I ended up having all my molars removed by a maxiofacial surgeon that he worked on and finally got relief. He never did an OPG on my mouth and thus missed an impacted wisdom tooth. When finally it was removed it caused radiculopathy in my neck and left arm as I was at an age the roots were to long and the extraction by a maxillofacial surgeon caused massive damage to my neck and left arm. If only DR NG bothered to do an OPG and send me to a maxillofacial surgeon earlier I suspect I would no be disabled now. His communication skills were extremely poor. I am very distressed to this day about the treatment and advice I got from him. I would definitely not recommend him. This is the tooth after extraction you probably can't imagine the pain and distress I went through. Its taken me till 2020 to recover but I have permanent radiculopathy in my left arm and neck now and am permanently disabled for life :(

I was on holidays to the gold coast and coincidently enough I got a nice visitor an abscess. My face was so puffy and swollen. I went to a dental clinic before this and was denied as an emergency. When I saw Dr David NG he did not hesitate and got started right away as I was in so much pain. He drained the abscess and got started on a root canal he explained everything to me thoroughly and answered all my questions. He was super in-charge and knew what he was doing I felt at ease and was so happy to come across him! After the procedure I was pain free and my swelling was reducing day by day. I couldn't be thankful enough. Thank you Dr. Ng

I guess like many the thought of the dentist is scary but now after completing three treatments with Dr Rebecca Bull and her Dental Assistants I would highly recommend this team to everyone. Don't be scared, it doesn't hurt, they are compassionate and caring and you will only feel relieved like I did that all you were concerned about was nothing. Thank you very much, see you next time for my checkup!

Had an emergency broken tooth. They got me in straight away and the dentist was awesome. No pain, fixed really well and even showed me pictures of during the procedure to see what was done. Great experience.

I love this dentist, and that is saying something. Their work is great, they care about each patient and do everything they can to not only make it an enjoyable experience but one worth having. We've been going there for years now, and wouldn't consider changing. They are amazing with our young children too, helping them get accustomed to dentistry as something to be looked forward to and not dreaded. I highly recommend.
