I had a fantastic egg benedict here. From the poached eggs to the hollandaise sauce, all the ingredients were cooked to perfection. Good job!

While I usually laugh at 1 star reviews and think “how hard must you be to impress” I think there needs to be some level of accountability when your focus as a food business (focus food) should be the uh, quality of the food. Ordered 2 açai bowls that came served like 2 fresh chunks of ice from the sea of Antarctica topped off with some nice brown gooey warm bananas. The açai was practically unblended. Speaking of which, The açai also just tasted like frozen berries too? which made sense when the question was asked “is there any other fruit on top of your bowls other than just banana” and the answer was “no but you can add frozen berries as a topping for extra” - the taste of any unmelted açai you could get, was basically just the taste of the frozen berries. As I imagine in an effort to minimise use of açai and add “filler” - frozen packet berries were the answer. So if you’re after a Frozen Berry bowl with an unblinded brick of açai and finally topped with Brown Over Ripe Bananas, here’s your place! I feel like i’m being a bit harsh, but come on guys - when you’re a coffee shop people expect a half decent coffee... and when you’re visually presented like a fresh fruit shop as Food Focus is, people will expect a relatively decent Açai bowl. One star feels a little too harsh as it could’ve been a bad day or açai bowls could be something new on the menu youse are trying to figure out, your sandwiches and smoothies could be great i don’t know, but the bowls need work. So I thought i’d give an honest 2 star rating - 1 star for each bowl, if only i ordered 5 bowls!

Poor Service. Advertises open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner but rudely refused to serve us at 5.45pm saying they were closing.

While I understand & appreciate any hospitality small business trying to adjust to COVID-19, the food & service were both disappointing & overpriced. Coffee was pretty good. Many customers experienced long waits. Wouldn’t recommend.

We ordered two frittatas. One tasted sore like it was off and one was undercooked, all runny inside. They offered to cook it longer in the microwave. I asked for a refund but they refused to refund the money. Instead they offered to get something else instead for the same value. Honestly we didn't feel like eating after that and just left. No food, no money.

We have continued to purchase your Pink Lady Smoothies for 2 years now and have never been let down! They are always great after a morning at the beach. Staff, at times, can come off rude which is a let down.
