Sadly this shop has let me down more than once. Staff really are not interested in helping you they just want to make a sale. At any cost. Asked for a base plate for my camera for a Manfrotto tripod and was told I had to buy a new tripod. Walked 50 metres away to Teds and found interested staff ready to help and purchased there.
The manager Tom, is the most helpful man! Great service from all the staff!! So happy! I took two passport photos at different post offices. Both were rejected by the passport office, I was told at the post office not to use my camera house photo, when it would have been just fine. So now for the third time I’m sending a passport photo in! Don’t go to post offices for photos, they are a rip off! Go to this Camera house!!

Walked into the shop at Pacific Fair this morning. 2 workers at the counter. Tall guy with piercings comes and asks what we're looking for. Told him and he points them out. Another customer walks in. He leaves us without saying a word and starts serving them. Then when he's finished he goes back to the counter and his coworker. Because he obviously doesn't want to serve us we walked out and bought our camera at Ted's. Spend your well earned dollars at Ted's. The American guy is so helpful and knowledgeable.
